Bim gibi her köşe başına üniversite açmaktır. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi mevcut üniversitelerin de kontenjanı arttırılınca daha da kötü bir tablo ortaya çıkıyor.
Her yer mezun olduğundan iş verenin gözünde iş arayanın bir değeri olmuyor. Çünkü az maaşa çok çalışmayı biri kabul etmese bile sırada bekleyen on binlerce kişiden biri kabul edecek.
Bir de tecrübe sıkıntısı var tabi. Hem tecrübeli eleman isterler hem de hiçbiri tecrübesiz elemanı yetiştirmek istemez. Sen iş vermezsen o iş vermezse bu mezunlar nasıl tecrübe kazanacak?

arz-talep meselesi. iktisat basit bir bilimdir, aynı futbol gibi. önemli olan basitleştirecek adımları uygulamaktır.
bir ülke düşünün, içerisinde 250 birimlik inşaat mühendisliğine bir istihdamı olsun. bu ülkede her sene 500 inşaat mühendisliği mezunu olduğunu düşünelim. her yıl istihdamın %10 arttığını varsayalım. ne yapar: 275. şimdi ülkeye yeni üniversiteler kurulmaya devam etsin ve inşaat mühendisliği mezunu sayısında da %10 artış olsun. ne yapar: 550. buradaki önemli mesele bana göre şu: sen yeterli istihdam yaratamıyorsun, üniversite mezunlarına yeterli iş sağlayamıyorsun. arz-talep meselesi demiştik değil mi? burada arz'ı üniversite öğrencisi olarak düşünün, talep eden de işveren olsun. iktisatta bir ürüne olan talep artarsa o ürünün değeri artar. çünkü o ürün kıymetli görünür. olay bundan ibaret aslında. yazılımcıların yüksek ücret almasının sebebi de budur zaten. piyasada çok talep görüyor. ama mesela inşaat mühendisliği öyle değil. her yer mühendis dolu. fakat yeterli iş alanı kalmadı. ülkedeki istihdamı artırmak, işsizliği azaltmak istiyorsanız, yatırımcılara güven tahsis etmeniz gerek. o da iyi bir hukuk ve ekonomi sistemiyle olur. bilin bakalım hangi ülkede bu yok?
bunlarla beraber yapılması gereken en kesin çözüm de şudur: çoğu üniversiteyi kapatmak. en kısa vadede çözüm bu olmalı bana göre.

Ortaokuldan bile zorla mezun olabilen liseyi çift dikiş giden adamların üniversite adı altında yüksek liseden çıktıktan sonra kendini bir şey sanmasından dolayıdır. Zorla önlisansı yaz okulları ile bitirmiş 25 yaşına gelmiş branşımda iş bulacağım diyor. Mimari restorasyon bitirmiş, Daha vasfını bilmiyor iş basvurusunda neyim ben diyor.
